BSNL is top in the list in 2017 to retain its customer base with cheap plans and tariff rates that too with high-speed internet facility. It has launched various tariff plans such as BSNL Sixer 666, Triple ACE, Unlimited Combo packs and many more.

Tie up with Aerovoyce:

BSNL has tied up with Aerovoyce to launch India’s first MVNO service which has already started selling BSNL SIM cards in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, offering unlimited voice calls and SMS. 

Partnership with Plintron:

BSNL has also partnered with Plintron, which is in a process to launch Virtual Network Operations in India using BSNL state-wide network.

BSNL Mobikwik Wallet:

Mobikwik also is now a mobile wallet for BSNL for easy payments.

Beginning of 2017 was little crucial for BSNL as a new competitor was arrived. BSNL handled it quite smartly and able to retain its customers positively. 

Micromax Bharat 1:

In October, BSNL announced Micromax Bharat 1 phone to offer Rs. 97 tariff plan with unlimited voice calls and 5GB of high-speed data, which acted against Jio Phone.

 BSNL is being pro-actively resolving consumers' grievances on Twitter with high resolution rate. And this is not the end, just a new beginning for BSNL.
